Joseph began dancing at the age of 8 at his mother’s studio in a small town in Wisconsin. At 18, he was accepted into the Sarasota Ballet’s trainee program. After two years as a trainee, he was promoted to the studio company. Following another two years there, he moved to Delaware to dance with First State Ballet Theatre.

He has performed in a variety of productions, including George Balanchine’s Theme and Variations, Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s Elite Syncopations, and Viktor Plotnikov’s Romeo and Juliet, in which he danced the role of Romeo.

Having trained in a wide range of movement styles and techniques—and as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer—Joseph brings a unique and individualized approach to training the next generation of dancers.
